It’s been a while since I made a post, but as you might expect, I was busy coding away, fixing bugs, adding a new feature here and there, and also having a little break from time to time. Since I can’t really give you a picture of a bug, or of me fixing one, here’s a picture of the new “TBM” or tracks builder machine 😛 that you’ll be able to play with in the new version. (It works great now) The model and textures are the work of the very talented DAYdiecast.

But more  to the point. The bugs have almost been eradicated, but it’s not over yet. We still have to test the mod thoroughly and fix the bugs we find in the process, then comes the final part and the release. But I think we’re in an agreement with Spitfire, that we will no longer be in “dev” state when the next version comes out. Now I’m not sure what will happen with 1.5.2, or when it will happen but if it gets released before we finish, we will most likely update to that before releasing, to save time and trouble. But since it’s a minor update I don’t think it should be much of a problem.

    I’ve just recently switched from bukkit to tekkit and now to Forge. I’m really favoring the content that mods add to the game versus plugins. I have a HUGE map with an extensive rails system and I want this mod on 1.5 so bad I can taste it.

    Probably not the best place to add this, but do you have any quick tips for using this with an existing rail system? We’ve built something like 80 unique cities, towns, dungeons, farms and various other locations on our server and all the major ones have boosted rails going to them. Switching over to trains is going to be fun and rewarding, but it might also be a lot of work any any suggestions are appreciated.

      i know something that will work its called mcedit but it does mess up modded blocks around like about 16 on all sides or maybe you can use multiworld i hear it has forge mod support now so you could connect the worlds then copy and paste the thing but if they are giant buildings then use mcedit if you need any other help add me on skype steamin323

    Sweet, i was in the process of making a new 1.4.7 techpack with bits of the DNS, and now took there 1.5.1 and added my own and now just to add yours back in 😀
    Cant wait to get a hold of it.

    Got exited seeing this post. To see that you guys are still up working on your creation, and making it better and such. Can’t wait to have it on minecraft to train around the world :PPP

    If you guy get this done this week I’ll buy you both some coffee of something! I know how long and tedious things like this are so no rush, but good luck and I’m sure I’m not the only one that appreciates all your hard work and determination. Thanks for rekindling my interest in minecraft.

    I need information on the TBM (tracks builder), I can not make glass tunnels, roofs me stone (even having put glass on the hud), do not have an updated video that explains how it works the TBM (tracks builder), in the version 1.5.1 or 1.5.2 of Minecraft.Please and thank you very much
    Necesito información sobre la tuneladora (tracks builder), no consigo hacer los tuneles con cristal, me hace los techos con piedra (aun habiendo puesto cristal en el hud), no tienes un video actualizado en el que se explique como funciona la tuneladora(tracks builder), en la version 1.5.1 o 1.5.2 de Minecraft.
